We are Germinarte, a Spanish company dedicated to producing premium ingredients for chefs, restaurants, and gourmet distributors across Europe. From our greenhouses in Spain, we grow and hand-select microgreens, edible flowers, and mini vegetables for daily harvest. We also supply sea vegetables and work with expert partners to offer highly curated seasonal specialties.
Our second line, Aromata Condiments, offers a complete selection of gourmet spices, herbs, salts, chili blends, and botanical seasonings. Every product is designed to meet the needs of the modern chef and the most refined retail market.
In 2024, we partnered with Singular Veggies and Beyond Seeds to develop exclusive products like Zucciolo® and Pecciolo® — two award-winning innovations that combine sustainability, culinary creativity, and zero-waste farming practices.
